We started in 2014 as a commercial cleaning company, largely serving offices, hospitality and retail across the Central Belt. The pattern we saw was that clients who trusted us with their cleaning kept asking if we could take over the grounds, or the waste, or the reactive maintenance, or the statutory compliance, because managing five different providers for one building is nobody's idea of a good time.

So we built the pillars around the cleaning contract. Soft FM came first. Hard FM came next, some self-delivered and some coordinated through a vetted partner network under our SLA. Total FM, the integrated wrapper across both, is the reason the business is now called Pure Clean FM rather than Pure Cleaning Scotland.

We are not the biggest FM provider in Scotland. We are a Central Belt operation with a main office in Glasgow, deliberately focused on the region we know best. The clients who find that appealing, clients who want their FM provider to be a phone call and a short drive away, are the clients we are for.
