Scope
Peak-season janitorial and washroom services plus reactive maintenance for a Central Belt family adventure park. The site goes from low-hundreds to several thousand visitors per day during school holidays, so rota planning and surge capacity were the project.
Outcome
Peak-season public complaints about site cleanliness fell significantly against the year before our contract started, and washroom incidents were resolved within a short average response window during peak-day operations.
